Reading 3

Hi Guys,
Welcome back to my post. This week I have been researching my subtopics which I told you what they were last week. For anyone that doesn't remember what they were, they were 'Mobile Devices' and 'Other Devices'. Even though I have my topics I still find the whole thing quite confusing, I'm still not 100% sure what I'm even doing. I'm having difficulty finding the right article that will help me with my research but there are some interesting ones at the same time, I know it doesn't really make sense haha.

With the matrix spreadsheet I think it helped me a little with my research questions, it helped me see the differences between certain things in relation to my topic. I went looking on the likes of Google Scholar which I think helped me with the matrix spreadsheet.

I found articles that where about in San Francisco, I think it was Yahoo that set up screens at the likes of bus stations that the people waiting for the bus were able to play games on the touchscreen. This caused people to interact and socialised while being at the bus stop, so in the end it was positive outcome for them.

Hello to anyone reading this. My name is Michael Nugent and I am 21 years old from the north of Kildare. Getting into this my best class that I took last semester was either web development or photography. Game Vision Statement

Hey there, Just here to talk about my game vision statement. The game genre i was going for is like a platform game. My gameplay was going to be where the player spawns on a platform, the player must then jump to the next platform and land on it, if they don't they instantly die from touching the lava. I was thinking of adding that the player will collect a coin or something to buy different types of maps or maybe some different types of outfits. For my games resources i was thinking of having 5-10 different levels all the levels will have a different themes to them, like one level could be a classroom and another could be a house where you start in the kitchen and you need to make it to the roof. Game Brainstorm

Hey there, Just here to give 4 possible game ideas that I could be making over the next few weeks for my own game. The process of thinking of any game is not an easy task for anyone. There are things like what kind of genre do I pick?, how many characters are going to be in the game or even where is it going to be set. My favourite genre would have to be either shooters or sports games like Call of Duty. But at the moment my favourite game would be Mario Kart. So for my first game idea is where there will be either 5-10 levels, each level harder than the next. But the levels will have objectives like having to collect a certain thing like a coin or something but the special item wont be easy to get because there will barriers in the way that can kill you causing re-start the level.
