Hi there, Just giving you my thoughts on the readings about Time management and strategies. I read the article by Lauren Marchese and it was called ' The Psychology of Checklist .'I thought it was interesting the way she said a checklist can actually improve your life. I think it's true when she says that a checklist can actually motivate you especially when it comes to projects. I was thinking of using her method for this semester and make s few checklists especially when im doing my projects. I think the biggest challenge will be sticking to the checklist.No i don't have a time strategy in place id like to have one because i think i need one. The second article i read was  4 Questions to help you overcome procrastination by Peter Banerjea. I think what he was saying made complete sense and i thought it was very helpful and interesting. Hi there, Just here to write my first impressions on what i just read on Technology tools and course websites. With the tools talked about in the reading i was familiar with most of them like the bookmarking tool, i have been using that for quite some time now. And for the image editing tools i think i get the gist of them When it comes to the graphic creation I haven't a clue what the tolls are like but i am excited to be using them though out the year. Hello there, Just a quick update again. I have just read on what i have to be doing for the assignment and i'm quite looking forward to it. I am most intrigued by this multimedia development assignment that we had to do. I think making a game will be stressful at times but also fun at the same time. I suppose making a game is like making a website, when you do all that hard work and in the end it looks good and it works. From doing the reading I suppose the only extra credit piece that grabs me is the tech tasks.I like the idea of learning something new that might help you in class or foe the project. Hello there, I have never heard of Carol Dweck and mindset growth before. I learnt about it through some Ted talk videos I was watching. i I was a student who only wanted to achieve the small goals and doing the littlest amount of work. Only when it came to school I was quite lazy but in my younger years and late teens I loved playing football even tho I wasn't the best at it I did always try my best by showing up ti all training sessions without fail. I have learnt that I am better when my work is being reviewed every week and it counts towards my final grade at the end of the year. Hey just here to talk about the workshop 1 that i did. At first we were introduced to each other and then we got told what was expected of us throughout the year and what different things we would do out through the year. After we were introduced were told to get into to groups of either 2-3. I was in a group of 3. In our group of 3 we told to figure out the way the traffic system works and use a flowchart or a sequence chart to show the the steps. The group I was with along with the other groups were given about 20 minutes to complete the task on how do traffic lights work. I think at first it seemed really hard because I think we as a group we were over complicating it. Even tho we spent 20 minutes on the task we ended up getting it wrong because we tried to over thing it. But really it was really simple. Hello to anyone reading this. My name is Michael Nugent and I am 21 years old from the north of Kildare. Getting into this my best class that I took last semester was either web development or photography. I liked them both because in studio photography we got to use the colleges studio which is pretty decent and we go to do different things with images. To be honest my biggest accomplishment in last semester was passing all my modules and having no repeats. I am here today to talk about my favourite game. My favourite game is "The Last of Us". This game was released on 14th June 2013 on Playstation only. The story starts off with Joel rushing out out of the city with his daughter and his brother because there is a zombie like virus going around and America is in complete chaos. As Joel is about to leave the city he runs into a solider who is ordered to shoot anyone who is trying to leave the city and unfortunately his daughter is shot and ends up dying and the story skips to many years later where Joel is doing risky things to survive and ends up being stuck bringing this girl called Ellie (who supposedly has the cure in her blood) across country to a hospital and they end running into a few bumps along the way. The two end up forming some kind of a father daughter relationship along the way. In the end Joel decides to look after Ellie because if she was left in the hospital they would of killed her and Joel didn't like that
